- Tickets are not valid at the following gates: Kita-Senju Station South Exit and North Exit (Hibiya Line), Nakameguro Station, Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station, Yoyogi-Uehara Station, Wakoshi Station, Shibuya Station (Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line), Meguro Station, Oshiage Station (Asakusa Line), Shinjuku Station (Shinjuku Line), and the Tsukuba Express transfer gate at Shin-Okachimachi Station.

- Please contact the staff at the gate for ticket gates that do not support QR codes.

- If you use multiple QR codes on a single device, make sure that the customer with the voucher passes through the gate last.
