Redemption Instructions
- The time in your ticket is informative. - You must arrive 15 minutes early at the designated pick-up location. - The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. - You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide. - if you wish to visit the park on your own. On arrival, please go directly to the Operations Booth so that staff can issue you with your wristbands to enter the park and confirm your return transport. (Please note that transport services not used are non-refundable) - Any questions? Please send them using the message option in your reservation or call +52.998.881.9833

- To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message through the option on your reservation at least 24 hours before the purchased visit date. - Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. - If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. - Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded. - We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises. - You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.. - You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. - The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. - The guides will call out the name of the tour. - Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.
