The adventure takes a mondern twist as you visit a tucked-away craft brewery as well as those centuries-old recipes in Beijing historic hutongs, where the time-honored charm meets the contemporary flair. Begin your journey at a beloved Beijing-style restaurant famous for its hand-made dumplings--delicate pockets of tender meat and fresh vegetables, offering the true taste of northern Chinese comfrot food. And then step into a hidden craft brewery where traditional hutong walls meet modern brewing artisty

Enjoy your food at a Yunnan restaurant in a little courtyard nestled beneath the Drum Tower, which stands as a timeless sentinel of the city's imperial past. The food here offers a harmonious blend of regional cuisine and historic ambiance.
