Begin your journey at a beloved Beijing-style restaurant famous for its hand-made dumplings--delicate pockets of tender meat and fresh vegetables, offering the true taste of northern Chinese comfrot food. And then step into a hidden craft brewery where traditional hutong walls meet modern brewing artisty

2. Enjoy your food at a Yunnan restaurant in a little courtyard nestled beneath the Drum Tower, which stands as a timeless sentinel of the city's imperial past. The food here offers a harmonious blend of regional cuisine and historic ambiance.

3. Wandering the Baochao hutong, you will step into a hidden gem- a discreet French-style grocery bistro tucked away from the bustling crowds. Behind its unassuming facads lies a cozy haven of imported wines, beers and all kinds of alcohols, where familiar labels from small French vineyards and long-missed vintages wait to be rediscovered.

This intimate, warmly lit hideway celebrates huangjiu, China's ancient rice wine, traditionally brewed and carefully aged to deliver a soomth. mellow flavor with notes of rice, nuts and subtle sweetness.
