Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel. This tour can be more than 12 hours due the logistic, traffic and moving of the group. Dear Visitor: Please note that backpacks are not permitted inside the Chichen Itza archaeological site. This policy applies to all types of backpacks without exception and aims to improve safety, the visitor experience, and the preservation of the site. Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue. The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.
