Redemption Instructions

Meet directly at Saga Haven Marina, St Thomas. For cruise ship passengers, it is advised to pre schedule a private taxi service to meet you at the time you get off the ship and taking you straight to Saga Haven Marina. Please call us at 340-642-8701 for taxi services recommendations. Tour operator is not responsible for verifying cruise schedule and no refund will be given for missed excursions. Please plan accordingly. Travel insurance is highly suggested for cruise passengers, in the event of cruise itinerary changes. All guests must be able to swim comfortably and capably in an open water environment without assistance. Minimum age 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Taxi fees are not included in cost of excursion and are paid to taxi driver directly. Operator must have a minimum of 3 participants in order to run the trip. In the event we do not meet this minimum, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive. Divers are advised to allow a minimum of 24 hours between diving and flying. Certified divers are responsible for diving within their capabilities and should review the standard Diver Medical Questionnaire ahead of their visit for any recent health changes that may require a doctor's written pre-approval.
