Information for the customer (Know before you go) • Please check your email the day before the tour. • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option. • Tickets to the Jewish Museum allow you to skip the line at the ticket office but not at the entrance. Admission is for the permanent collection. • The Portuguese Synagogue is closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. • Tickets to Anne Frank House Museum can be purchased on the spot or online if you wish to visit it after the tour. • The 4- and 6,5-hour options include an estimated 1-hour round-trip transfer from your accommodation, depending on the distance and traffic. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people and a larger van for 5+ people. Due to transportation regulations, groups of 8+ people will be split into 2 (or more) vehicles. The guide will meet you at the meeting point. In Amsterdam, 1 guide can lead a group of 1-15 people. We will arrange 2 guides for 16-30 people, and 3 guides for 31-45 people.
