Redemption Instructions

• Admission to The View at The Palm is valid only for the specific date and time shown on your ticket • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket and The View at the Palm cannot guarantee entry to any person arriving after the time stated on the ticket. • Guest must bring the voucher that having QR Code and the picture on the top of The View at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai. • You will receive an instant confirmation email from Viator; this confirmation cannot be used to ENTER that will serve your booking receipt. You will receive another separate email attaching the Voucher Ticket that YOU MUST PRESENT ONLY to the Ticketing counter together your photographic I.D. • Visitors may be required to provide proof of identification. • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid admission ticket. • Children aged under 4 can enter The View at The Palm for free. Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age. • No food or beverages are allowed to The View at The Palm. • Lost, damaged and/or stolen ticket (s) cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner. • Transfers not included - please make own arrangement to The View at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai • Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed. Pickup Information

• Transfer is included only if the transfer option is selected. • Your centrally located Dubai Hotels and Dubai Cruise Port Rashid or Harbour Marina ( Only if transfer option selected) • For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory). • Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.
