Days of Operation: Wednesday to Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday). Closed on 25th December Please note: Enter on date & time booked. This is a direct entry ticket. Once booked you will receive your The View from the Shard tickets in a separate email. Children aged under three do not require a ticket to visit The View from The Shard. At very busy times, you may encounter a short wait before entering. The View from the Shard is currently carrying out essential maintenance work. Level 72 sky deck will be closed until 3 July, and there will be no step-free access between Level 68 and 69 until 30 June.
