Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Meeting time 8.30 am. Our office is located in between Via dei Macci and Borgo Allegri on via Ghibellina 34/r. Two flags will be placed outside of the office and one of them will have our logo.
Redemption Instructions
The meeting time is 8:30am at our office (the tour departs by 9:00am). All the drivers need to show a valid driver's license on the day of the tour. We welcome children under 18 only if accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to be a passenger is 5 years old. If at any point a participant cannot operate his/her scooter safely, one can ride as a passenger with their partner or with the guide (if available). No refunds for difference in price is offered. We reserve the right to deny any participant taking part or continuing the scooter tour if we feel the participant is unable to operate the scooter safely. In this case, one can ride as a passenger with their partner or with the guide (if available). No Refunds for difference in price is offered. Customers will be asked to sign our terms & conditions on the day of the tour at our office.
