Redemption Instructions

Minimum drinking age is 21 years Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to the start time. your specific pickup time will be provided.

Pickup Information

Pick Up Location Details: We will contact you via text message shortly after receiving your reservation to confirm your hotel pickup location and estimated departure time. Please note that we are unable to offer pickups at private homes or vacation rentals at this time. However, pickup at the Old Town Stampede parking lot is available upon request. Final departure times are confirmed the day prior to your tour and will be sent via text message. Vehicle Type Disclaimer: Grapeline tours use a variety of vehicles—such as deluxe touring shuttles, limo-style conversions, and specialty options like our convertible Mercedes—with assignments based on availability and logistics. While we do our best to honor requests, specific vehicle types can’t be guaranteed.
