For guests who have selected the option without transfer, the meeting point is Los Cristianos Harbour, Excursion Pier, Zone A. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For guests who have booked the transfer option, pickup will take place at the nearest authorised pickup point to your hotel. Please note that the transfer service is only available for the 12:00 departure. Pickup times are scheduled between 11:00 and 12:00. If your hotel does not appear in the list, please select the nearest available hotel or provide your accommodation address in the comments section. We will check whether pickup is available in your area. Your exact pickup point and pickup time will be confirmed once your reservation has been processed.
