Thank you for your booking. You do not need to reconfirm. Please make your way to; Pier at Asiatique The Riverfront Warehouse 9 https://goo.gl/maps/whf75WbN75qRRKNh8 OR Icon Siam Pier 4. https://goo.gl/maps/EwTNj7HhHY8T9r6w9 Please only go to the Pier which you have confirmed. Please make yourself known to the White Orchid team as they will have your name at your selected Pier. If you arrive at the wrong Pier, you may not be able to travel. Please present your Confirmation/Voucher or Photo ID in exchange for your pass for the cruise. Twilight Cruise Check In: 4.00pm to 4.45pm latest for a 5.00pm departure. Main Cruise Check In: 7:00pm to 7:30pm latest for a 7:45pm departure. **Please ensure that you are at the Pier on time. We suggest being at the pier from 30-45 minutes early. The boat will not wait for late passengers. There will be no refunds for late or missing passengers** Any changes to your booking, IAsia Thailand will contact you.
