Pickup Information

We offer pick-up service from hotels and/or accommodation located in the areas Historic Center, Reforma, Zona Rosa, Rome, Condesa and Polanco. If your accommodation is outside our coverage area, we will assign you a convenient meeting point. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the WhatsApp or email tour. We recommend you be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
