Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Puerto Cancun (mall) The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

The tour is for about 3 hours and ends at 11:00 p.m. Pick up start around 5:30 pm. We recommend to be ready and early in your official meeting point

Children over 4.5 ft. but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age (in both cases children must show an ID at park ticket booths).

It is not possible to make a change of date the same day of your visit.
