Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter. If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. Please go to the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the starting time to check-in. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded. ID mandatory. Each traveller must present a valid ID card or document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. Meeting time may change. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather! In summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, or electric wheelchairs.
