Meeting and Pickup
Please check-in at the Tse Bighanilini Tours office 45 minutes before your tour time.
Redemption Instructions
• Check-in closes 45 minutes before the starting time. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy • Please prepare check-in service fee of $5 per person (to be paid in cash) • No bags at all. It means NO Purses, Handbags, Backpacks, Fanny packs, Satchel or Camelbacks. • No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs(marijuana & so forth). • All times mentioned on the page and confirmations are in Arizona time (summer time is the same time as Pacific Time; winter time is the same as Mountain Time). Since the Utah State Line is less than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) will often show the wrong time. So manually set your cell phone to Phoenix, Arizona time
