Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Pickup & Lunch Confirmation: Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel and default lunch is a turkey sandwich. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. Weather & Operator Closures: Antelope Canyon closures due to weather or safety conditions are determined solely by local operators and Navajo Parks and Recreation. NPE has no control over these decisions. In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. Please follow the Rules of The Canyon at the site as well as always follow your Navajo guide's instructions. INTOXICATION POLICY: Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. Tour Minimums: Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund. Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.

Brown; • 4:40 am: Circus Circus: Front entrance, Benches under the porte-cochere • 4:40 am: Excalibur: Rear Rotunda Tour Pickup Area (Back Entrance); • 4:45 am: Park MGM: Northwest Valet. Due to the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS event (Nov 18–22), pickup and drop-off are limited to Excalibur, Park MGM, or Treasure Island (TI). Please select one for your pickup. • To better serve you and reduce drop-off time, our tour will only drop off at the 3 hotels of TREASURE ISLAND, Park MGM or EXCALIBUR.
