All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please call the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (702) 948-4190 to confirm your pickup location and time as additional hotel pickup options may be available. Madame Tussauds Tickets can be redeemed 1 day before your tour date and up to 3 days after the tour. Please redeem tickets once you receive the tour confirmation email from National Park Express. If you experience any issues, please contact us at +1 (702) 948‑4190 -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Please follow the Rules of The Canyon at the site as well as always follow your Navajo guide's instructions. PROHIBITED BAG types in the Canyon: Backpack, Binocular Case, Camera Bag, Clear Backpack, Tinted Plastic Bag, Fanny Pack, Purse, Oversized Tote, Mesh Bag. Travel Tips: • For your own protection, please be sure to keep a respectable distance away from the edge of canyon rims. • Please dress according to the time, season, and weather of the activity date. • Comfortable outdoor shoes are strongly recommended. • Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. • Cell service coverage may be weak in some areas. • Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items • Since the time of the tour could be delayed due to weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour • Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. NPE has no control over these closures.
