Meeting and Pickup
Check-in is 45min prior to tour time at The Umauma Experience Visitor Center located on site. Free parking is available. Located between the 16 and 17 mile marker on the Hamakua coast on the Old Mamalahoa Hwy. Our driveway is located next the the Umauma river bridge.
Redemption Instructions
Present your booking confirmation at time of check-in. Participants must know how to ride a bike. Ages 15+ — Minors must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Weight restrictions: 90 lbs. – 275 lbs. Recommended heights: 4’10” – 6’8” No history of neck or back injury, or women who are pregnant. Must wear closed toe shoes. Check-in is 45 minutes prior to tour time. No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of tour activity.
