For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Your guide will meet you near the Uffizi gallery, at the end of Piazzale degli Uffizi nearest the Arno River, just at the base of a statue of Galileo Galilei (if you are facing the Arno River, it is the statue in the right corner).
Redemption Instructions
• We kindly ask our guests to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. • Our City Wonders guide will have City Wonders tour sign at the meeting point for easy recognition. • Every customer on this tour is required to present a valid government issued ID or Passport at the Uffizi, that matches their name on the reservation, or entry will be refused. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed. • If you select the "Uffizi Gallery - Ticket only" option, no guided tour will be provided. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. • We may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. • Avoid bringing big bags or backpack • Gratuities for your guide that provided excellent service are appreciated!
