Redemption Instructions

Uffizi tickets will be sent digitally by email or Whatsapp to make access to the museum easier and ensure a smoother entrance experience. Download the APP "POP-Guide" on your smartphone, from the APP store before the Tour. You will receive the APP code one day before the departure date, by email or whatsapp, or at the Meeting Point together with the timed entry ticket. If the option "Accademia & Uffizi with APP" is selected: -Accademia Gallery meeting point at 08:15 am in Via Ricasoli, at the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. Our Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos. - Uffizi: Tickets will be digitally sent by Whatsapp or Email.
