Redemption Instructions

What to bring: - Closed shoes, such as sneakers or water shoes - Swimwear and a towel - Head wear - Camera - Valid driver’s license - Extra cash for toilet use or the purchase of a snack, drink or souvenir - Sunglasses - Reef friendly sunblock - No jewelry recommended Important notes: - Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and are required to bring a valid driver’s license - This tour is not recommended for travelers with back or kidney problems, or who are pregnant - This tour is not wheelchair accessible - This tour might be operated by a multi-lingual guide - Be aware that your clothes will get filthy and/or dusty on this tour - It happens rarely, but swimming at the Secret Pool might not be possible in case conditions are too rough - Pick-ups start prior to the tour departure time

Pickup Information

Before the start of this tour, we will pick you up at your hotel ,or at the cruise port. Please make sure you fill out your pick-up location. Our pick-up time for the morning tour is between 8:00-8:30 AM. If you are staying at a AIR BNB you will need to drive to our main office located at the : "Aruba Waterpark" Be here around 8:40 -8:50am. We only pick up at the high rise ands low rise hotel area. **CRUISE PORT PICK UP LOCATION**: The pick up zone is outside the main port gate on your right hand side in front of Ocean drive store. We will make an exception to wait until 8:50 AM if the cruise ship is late.
