THIS IS YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE ********** KIOSK OR GUEST SERVICES TICKET PICKUP IS REQUIRED Ticket Collection at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal Volcano Bay: • At the front gate of these parks, look to your right for the Will Call Kiosks • At kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit/debit card matching the Lead Traveler’s last name listed above for ID verification only • If kiosk asks for a phone number, enter 121609 as your phone number • When the kiosk asks for a confirmation #, enter the Tour operator confirmation no: located in the top right-hand corner of this confirmation page Ticket Collection at Universal Epic Universe: • Present this Confirmation Page at the ticket window or follow posted signage to redeem your will call tickets. You must have valid photo ID in order to collect tickets Call 407-363-8000 for operating hours which are subject to change • Please note: - Dated Single-day tickets valid on date selected - Dated Multi-day tickets valid during validity period with first date of usage being your booked date The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days.
