To offer you a safe, high-quality surfing experience, we work with instructors, teams and small groups that are planned in advance. For this reason, we apply the following conditions: Cancellation by the client :✅ 24 hours or more before the class: Full refund (100%) or free rescheduling. •❌ Less than 24 hours before class: Non-refundable. •❌ No-show (no-show): Non-refundable. Cancellation by Ocean Life Tenerife : If we must cancel due to sea conditions, weather, lack of waves or safety reasons :•✅ You can choose between 100% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Packages or multi-day courses •✅ Free cancellation up to 3 days before start : 100% refund or change of dates. •❌ Within the previous 3 days:** Non-refundable, but you can reschedule once subject to availability. Date changes (no cancellation) •✅ You can reschedule for free if you give 24+ hours notice and availability. •⚠️ Changes after the deadline are subject to availability and have no monetary refund. Experience the ultimate surf adventure in Playa de Las Americas with Ocean Life Surf School. Enjoy private lessons, group sessions, and our stunning sunrise and sunset surf experiences, all designed to deliver the best waves and premium coaching. Lesson times may vary due to safety, tides, and optimal conditions, ensuring you always surf at the perfect moment. Sunrise, Sunset, and Group Lessons requires 3–5 surfers. To book our Polish, Russian, French, or Italian‐speaking instructors, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Our Polish instructor, Thor, is available Sundays and Mondays only. Bookings made after 6 :00 PM require confirmation from our team. You will receive a message once your reservation is processed. If not, contact us at oceanlifetenerife@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. All bookings require prior confirmation to guarantee availability and the best ocean conditions.
