Pickup Information

Pickup time is confirmed individually for each booking and may vary depending on the season, daylight saving time and your hotel location. Please contact us via WhatsApp no later than one day before the tour to confirm your exact pickup time. For some hotels, your room number may be required so the hotel can authorise the driver or guide to enter the property. Please provide your room number once you have checked in if requested. Your driver and guide details, including their names and final pickup instructions, will be sent to you via WhatsApp before the tour. Please make sure the WhatsApp number provided with your booking is active and includes the correct country code.
