Redemption Instructions

• When booking a Airport drop off, Please make sure to enter return pickup date, flight details and time in "Note" section. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Refund is not available for incorrectly booked vehicles due to excess luggage.  • If you wish to travel to other universities in England, Please contact us for a quote. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Pickup Information

Passengers need to call us when they are ready to pickup at the Airport.
