Travelers will be picked up by a private chauffeur in a luxury SUV at their selected pickup location. The driver will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Hotel Pickups: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance. The chauffeur will ask for the lead traveler’s name and booking confirmation. If your hotel has multiple entrances, please wait at the main front entrance. Airport Pickups (Toronto Pearson International Airport): Airport pickups are curbside only. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated passenger pickup area for your terminal. Your chauffeur will contact you by phone or message upon arrival and will confirm the exact pickup point. Custom Pickup Locations: If you select a custom pickup location, please provide clear address details when booking. The chauffeur will arrive at the specified location and contact you upon arrival.
