Itinerary
1. The Loreto National Park’s largest island and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is abundant in wildlife and a popular destination for travelers looking to experience one of Mexico’s best kept secret. This is a home to a colony of friendly sea lions that you will be able to observe during our tour to the island. Join us on our half hour panoramic boat ride to see the unique rock formations that the island has to offer. We will take you swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear water, then stop for a delicious lunch on one of the island’s pristine beaches. After your meal, you can lay back on a beach chair and enjoy the turquoise water view. We recommend the use of biodegradable sunscreen to help with the preservation of coral reefs. We recommend bringing a towel, a hat and sunglasses. We recommend you bring a jacket or sweater during winter months. Jaques Cousteau once referred to the Sea of Cortez as "The aquarium of the world". This is a "must do" for any visit to Loreto.
