How it works: 1. Download the Big Bus Tours app Get the free app from the App Store or Google Play before your tour. 2. Add your booking Open the app, tap “Add Booking”, and enter your booking reference number. 3. Activate on the day On your travel date, tap “Activate” to start your ticket. Once activated, you can show it to the driver and board the bus. Activation is only available on your booked date. Important notes: Each group ticket must be used on one device, and the group must travel together. To travel separately, print individual tickets before activating or contact us to split the booking. Keep your phone charged. You must show your active ticket to board, and it will still work offline after activation.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up is available from most downtown Vancouver hotels. If your hotel is not listed, please select the closest available location. Please be ready at your selected pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.
