For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• You must confirm your order by contacting Black Tie Ski Rentals at least 48 hours before your desired delivery date. We cannot guarantee fulfillment of your order if you do not contact the office at least 48 hours before your desired fitting date. Please note that delivery times will fill up quickly so to make sure you get your desired time, please call us as soon as possible at 970-748-8552 or email us at vail@blacktieskisvail.com. Please have your Viator voucher number (BR- number) when you call in. • Delivery service is only for those directly in the Vail and Beaver Creek area.
