Itinerary
1. Our guide will pick you up at your requested location to start your Journey across Cairo. The tour will start by visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza and visit the panoramic area where you can enjoy amazing short camel ride then you will visit the Sphinx and Valley Temple of Khafre, where is the reception of the royal body of Khafre. The Valley Temple was built for the process of mummification of King Khafre. Finally, you will have a close-up look of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids with a body of a lion and a head of King Khafre. Time spent in each place is flexible according to the customers.
2. Khufu's pyramid is the only wonder of the ancient seven wonders still remains and standing today!! the highest building on earth for more than 3800 Years, the complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated yet, with your advanced Egyptologist you will be able to explore the entire area.(Please note that entering the pyramid from inside require special ticket , your will be happy to assist).
3. The Second highest pyramid in the complex is dedicated to king Chefren or Khafre, the entire complex is still in good condition so with your Egyptologist you will explore the valley temple and the causeway of king Khafre. 4. The Smallest pyramid in Giza plateau, now it is about 61m high, Menkaure pyramid is very special because of the granite outer layer still remains on the lower part of the pyramid, the granite was quarried from Aswan over 9000 kilometers away from Giza
5. Next, a visit to a panoramic view of the 6 pyramids, and the city of Giza, were you will stay there for 10 minutes to take photos and enjoy the view
6. Next, you will visit Saqqara, home to the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the oldest pyramid in history and a groundbreaking achievement in ancient architecture. You will also explore several beautifully decorated tombs of nobles, offering vivid scenes of daily life in ancient Egypt.
7. After Saqqara, continue to Memphis, the first ancient capital of Egypt, founded before 3200 B.C. Here you will visit the Mit Rahina Museum, where you can see remarkable statues, including the impressive colossal statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx.
