Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Your friendly guide will meet you in front of the Tower of London shop directly across from the Tower of London entrance. Look for our friendly staff in red, holding a bright red 'The Tour Guy' sign!

Your tour will conclude inside of the Tower of London, where you'll be free to explore at your own place.
Redemption Instructions
- Check your selected option at the top of your voucher to see what is included in your tour. If you have any questions or would like to change or upgrade your option, please contact us in advance. - Express Options: Does NOT include the Beefeater meet and greet or King's House access. Includes timed entry and a guided tour of the Tower of London grounds with Crown Jewels access. - Beefeater Meet & Greet Option: Includes timed entry, guided tour, Crown Jewels access, a 15-minute Beefeater meet and greet at the King's House, and a photo opportunity with a Yeoman Warder. - Only small bags or backpacks (max 55 x 35 x 20 cm) are permitted. Large luggage, wheeled bags, tripods, and glass bottles are prohibited. There is no on-site storage; please leave large items at your accommodation. - All guests must pass through a security check. Even with timed entry or group access, expect a short wait during peak season, up to 20 minutes. - Depending on the assigned entry time, the itinerary order may vary. - Everyone is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports on all tours. A photo of the first page of your passport saved on your smartphone works as well.
