Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Lead traveler must bring Credit Card and Government Issued Photo ID in order to pick up bikes. We are open 9am to 6pm
Redemption Instructions
It is recommended to pick up bikes before 1pm as shop closure times vary by season. This will maximize your rental time! Average shop operating hours are from 9am to 5pm, but it is suggested to contact the local supplier for exact operating hours during your visit. Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port
