Redemption Instructions

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the departure time indicated. • Meeting point: Piers 1, 2 and 3 in front of Palazzo Cornoldi in Riva degli Schiavoni 4142 (4 bridges away from St. Mark's Square, approx. 7-minute walk). Here you will find an assistant who will show you the exact boat of the company IL DOGE DI VENEZIA. • The exact boarding pier will be indicated by the assistant who will welcome you at the meeting point. • COLLECTIVE TOUR there might be other participants going on the tour with you • The tour is not suitable for medium and big-size dogs, only small size dogs with muzzle are admitted on board • The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users • There is a short walk from the meeting point to the point of embarkation • The stop in Murano (approx. 1 hour) allows you an optional visit to a glass factory with a short demonstration of the art of blown glass, and also some free time. During the stop in Burano (approx. 2 hours) you will have lunch in the typical restaurant 'Al Raspo de Ua'.(Address: Via Baldassarre Galuppi, 560, 30142 Venezia VE). Then you will stop in Torcello (approx. 1 hour). You are strongly required to comply with the timetable set out by the staff: the excursion will head back at the scheduled time, without waiting • Multilingual Tour • The tour has a variable duration (6.5 hours/7 hours) based on the number of participants and resulting type of vessel used • No credit or refunds will be given in the case of a NO SHOW (if you don't show up at the meeting point at the time indicated on your voucher).
