• Please call to reconfirm your pick-up location 24 hours prior to the tour departure Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Select "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and select Activate. Show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Canada Place, 999 Canada Place Way (in front of the Welcome Centre), or with any driver at any stop along the route. Important notes Each group ticket must be used on one device, and the group must travel together. To travel separately, print individual tickets before activating or contact us to split the booking. Keep your phone charged. You must show your active ticket to board, and it will still work offline after activation.

Pickup Information

"Hotel pick-up is available from most downtown Vancouver hotels. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the closest available location. Please be ready at your selected pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Drop-off at Vancouver International Airport is available at the end of the tour for guests who select the Airport Drop option at the time of booking. **Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the tour and will not receive a refund."
