• Please inform us within 24hrs in case you need to reserve a pick up from the hotel. • Pick up and transfers are possible only from hotels in selected areas (Mestre, Marghera or surrounding) and not from hotels located in Venice old city due it is strictly forbidden to use bicycles in the old city. • If your accommodation is in Venice old city, please take the public boat line from Zattere to Fusina. (it runs every 30 mins). Waterbus start at 09.25am. Arrival to Fusina Harbour at 09.55am. Meeting point at Fusina Harbour with our guide and get the bicycle at 10.00am. Please purchase only oneway ticket. Return will by public bus (line 53E from Dolo to Venice Piazzale Roma) • Zattere is only 15 minutes walking distance from St.Mark Square • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Dress code is smart casual • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
