Redemption Instructions

Important: Travelers must not go directly to the Vatican Museums before visiting the designated meeting point. All participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point first to collect their entry tickets. The designated meeting point staff will provide the tickets and explain the entry procedure, including how to access the Vatican Museums with your ticket. Failure to check in at the meeting point before going to the Vatican Museums may result in delays or denied entry. **Meeting Point Required:** Yes **Direct Entry to Vatican Museums:** No **Ticket Collection:** Tickets must be collected at the designated meeting point located at Via Germanico 28, Rome, before proceeding to the Vatican Museums. **Identification Required:** Please bring a valid photo ID with you, either in digital (soft copy) or printed form. The ID must clearly display the traveler's full name. Accepted forms of identification include a passport, driver's license, national identity card, or any other government-issued photo ID. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
