Pickup Information

We provide pickup and drop-off from all hotels and residences within Dubai city limits. Pickup from areas outside Dubai city (Sharjah, Ajman, Jebel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Resort, etc.) may be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability. Port Rashid Cruise Terminal pickup available (share cruise details). Pickup from Dubai Airport (DXB) is not available, but we can arrange pickup from the nearest hotel, such as Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport. Children and Infants: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants can join free if they do not require a separate seat. Please note that dune bashing is not recommended for infants. For safety and comfort, families traveling with infants are recommended to book a private vehicle. Approximate Pickup Timings: Winter (November – February): 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM Summer (March – October): 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM Peak Summer (July & August): 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM Please note that this is a shared tour. Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location and prevailing traffic conditions. Other languages, if listed, are available in written form. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
