For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please don't go directly to the Palace. First, check in at the GetYourGuide office, just a few minutes’ walk from the Palace. The trains are not running between the stations "PARIS AUSTERLITZ" and "Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche" from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August.
Redemption Instructions
• The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the agency (tour departs few minutes after). In case of late arrival, no refund or postponement will be made. • A considerable amount of walking is involved. Not recommended for people with difficulties walking or standing for long periods of time • For children, please bring an ID card or Passport (or a copy) to justify the reduced price. • Baby strollers and suitcases are not allowed in the Palace • The schedule time access can be slowed down on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace • Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth
