Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Hotel pickups start from 0-45 minutes before the departure time. Please provide us with your hotel name, cell phone number, and email address. We will send you an email and/or text message with an exact pick-up time for your provided pick-up location 1-2 days before the tour starts. You can contact us through the Viator messaging system or directly email us at angus@stoex.com

Pickup Information

Make sure to enter a cell phone number in your booking. We will use this to reach out and confirm your final pick-up time (and place) 1-2 days before the tour date. Pick-up at your hotel (or other preferred location) is not guaranteed if you are outside of our specified pick-up area. During high season we reserve the right to direct you to another central meeting point even if your hotel is within the pick-up zone. This is to shorten the pick-up process so you and other guests don't have to sit around in the car for an unacceptably long time.
