The guide will be in front of the Arena gate n.5 (ticket office) and will have a yellow umbrella. The only tour departing from this location (the Arena) is: Walking tour in Italian (PM)
Redemption Instructions
- Meeting point Information: we kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance to ensure the timely departure of the tour. Please note that we will not contact you if you are not at the meeting point at the specified time or if you are late. In case of a no-show at the beginning of the activity, it will not be possible to join the group later, and no refund will be provided. - In case of delay: contact the emergency number +393274674179 - Cancellation policy: full refund or amendment of the reservation possible up to 24h before the activity. - Please note that from December 6th 2025 to January 6th 2026, the tour does not include the access to Juliet's Balcony as usual. Due to high visitor numbers, the city administration has decided that access is only possible with the purchase of a ticket. You can ask us for information on how to purchase your ticket, but we will not purchase it for you.
