Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required. Kindly share with us a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp/Telegram connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour. Pick up time might vary depending on your location. Pick up time is also customizable according to your needs. We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel in Venice and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. If you stay in a B&B or apartment, kindly wait in the street in front of the civic number. If you arrive by train, the guide will wait for you at the end of the platform (in the reservation, or later, you will indicate your train's details). If you are coming from the mainland, your guide will be waiting for you at the foot of the Calatrava bridge, holding a sign with your name. In case your hotel is in the Giudecca or Lido, the guide will wait for you in Riva Degli Schiavoni in front of the monument to Vittorio Emanuele / Londra Palace Hotel (S. Zaccaria ferry stop). If you come from hotels located in small islands (such as Marriott, San Clemente, or Cipriani) that make the shuttle available to customers, the guide will be waiting for you upon your arrival. In any case, please specify your address. If you haven't booked your accommodation yet, no problem; we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. **If you do not receive further messages, default time pick up is confirmed at 9:00!** We remind you to cover your shoulders and knees before entering a sacred place.
