Redemption Instructions

IMPORTANT: Your booking voucher is not your admission ticket. Do not go directly to the Vatican Museums entrance. • MEETING POINT: Viale Vaticano 98, 00192 Rome, in front of the Tmark Hotel Vaticano and directly across from the Vatican Museums entrance. Please arrive 15 minutes before the entry time shown on your voucher. • LOOK FOR THE 1 CITY TOUR STAFF holding a WHITE UMBRELLA OR FLAG MARKED “MEETING POINT” and displaying the 1 CITY TOUR pink and green logo. • Show your booking voucher to the staff at the meeting point to collect your admission ticket(s). The host will then accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance. • Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of skip-the-line access. Entry after the scheduled meeting time cannot be guaranteed. • Bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID for every participant, including children. The full name on each ticket must match the corresponding ID document. • Vatican Museums dress code applies: shoulders and knees must be covered. Sleeveless or low-cut tops, shorts above the knee, and miniskirts are not permitted. Entry may be denied if these requirements are not respected.
