Please note that access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to Vatican regulations and official events and may close these areas without prior notice. However, your ticket will still grant access to the Vatican Museums and partial refunds cannot be issued

A mandatory security check to access the museums may require a wait of up to 30 minutes.

Visitors with a certified disability of more than 67% are entitled to free admission. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one accompanying person is also granted free admission.

Check-in at the meeting point, Via Sebastiano Veniero 74, is mandatory to collect the official tickets , as the booking voucher is not accepted to enter

The tour involves climbing stairs. There is no elevator access in most areas of the Vatican Museums. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Strollers are allowed inside the Vatican Museums, however please be aware that most areas have stairs and limited elevator access. If the Basilica option is selected, strollers must be folded and carried through the entrance. It is not possible to join the tour with a stroller unless it is foldable.

Wheelchairs and mobility aids cannot be used to access St. Peter's Basilica via the Sistine Chapel exit, due to security regulations. For this reason, travelers using wheelchairs are unable to join the group tour, as they are required to follow a separate accessible route that avoids stairs. We recommend contacting us before booking for further assistance.

Please bring a valid passport or photo ID, as it may be required for entry and security checks at the Vatican Museums.

The ticket price includes the official Vatican Museums entrance fee (€20+€5 per adult, €8+€5 per child aged 6-18), plus applicable taxes, booking fees, hosted entry, and meeting point assistance.

Please note that a live guide and the St. Peter’s Basilica are not included in every booking option. To include Basilica access or a guided tour in your experience, you must select the specific option that clearly mentions a live guide or St. Peter’s Basilica at the time of booking.
