Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption & Entry Instructions: • Ticket Collection & Validity: Guests must collect their tickets or meet at the designated address before the time shown on the ticket. Vatican entry is strictly time-based, and tickets become invalid once the scheduled entry time has passed. • Arrival Responsibility: It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive on time. Missed entry due to late arrival or no-show is non-refundable. • Ticket Delivery: Tickets are delivered on the day of the visit only, via WhatsApp or as per company policy. Tickets cannot be issued in advance. • Entry Time Adjustment: Entry time may be adjusted by up to ±30 minutes, subject to Vatican availability. • Security & Venue Access: All visitors must comply with Vatican security procedures. Any delays at security checkpoints are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. • Dress Code: Entry is permitted only with appropriate attire. Sleeveless tops, low-cut clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats are not allowed inside the Vatican Museums or Sistine Chapel. • Participant Details: Correct participant names must be provided at booking. Name changes are not permitted, in accordance with Vatican Museums regulations. • Delays During Peak Hours: During peak periods, entry may be delayed by 30 minutes or more. Such delays are part of standard Vatican operations and are not refundable. • Sistine Chapel Closures: The Sistine Chapel may close without notice due to religious events or papal ceremonies. Entry to the Vatican Museums remains valid; no refunds are permitted in these cases. • Important Travel Notice: All Vatican Museums tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed, including in case of war or any unforeseen emergency.
