Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Meeting and Pickup
Please come inside the CheckandGo Tours office to check-in at the desk. The activity provider's office is in the parallel street at the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Tickets have a strict entrance time. Latecomers will be refused entry.

The basilica may be subject to unscheduled closings and late openings for religious ceremonies. As these are often last-minute, the Vatican's administration don't always notify local tour providers. In this case, you will be offered another date
Redemption Instructions
Please plan to to show up at the CheckandGo Tours office in via Sebastiano Veniero 21 to check-in at the desk at least 20 minutes before the tour starts. Tour reservations have strict timing. If you arrive late, it will not be possible to join the group, redeem the tickets or reschedule and you will not be entitled to a refund. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women to enter the museums. Please bring any form of ID, photo or copy of each participant since they will check them inside. It is not permitted to pass from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter’s Basilica with strollers; therefore, they must be left at the free storage service provided by the Vatican Museums at the start of the tour. Please be aware that some sections may close without prior notice due to religious celebrations or Vatican events. Should this occur, we will do our utmost to adapt the itinerary and offer alternative areas to ensure the best possible experience.
