Redemption Instructions

Instructions for service and Entrance Rules of the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. • You will need to approach our office, for Your Entrance Ticket. Please bring your confirmation of VIATOR BOOKING with you. • Ticket Validity: Clients must collect their tickets or arrange to meet at the designated address 20 minutes before the specified time indicated on the ticket. Failure to do so will render the ticket invalid. Please note that our ticketing system operates on a time - sensitive scanning process, & entry will not be possible after the specified time has elapsed. • Name on Ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased under the visitor's name. Please ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. If a family member, friend, or anyone else purchases or gifts you a ticket, it must still be in your name. If they purchase the ticket in their name instead of yours, you will not be able to use that ticket, and it will be invalid for you. • Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the visitor's identification, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry. • Responsibility: We are not responsible for any errors made during the booking process. If a mistake is made when entering the visitor's name, the ticket will be invalid, and no refunds or corrections can be made. • The Sisinte Chapel may occasionally be closed due to religious holidays or papal conclaves, and notices may not be provided in advance. Please note that in such cases, No REFUNDS will be issued. • Must bring your passport or driving license, which is required to check in with the Vatican security guard. • Dress Code: Entry to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel is only allowed to visitors who are appropriately dressed. Low-cut or sleeveless outfits, shorts, miniskirts, and hats are not allowed. • Free entry to Vatican Museums is available for all visitors with certified invalidity of 74% or More.
