Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption Instructions: Ticket Delivery (E-Ticket): • Advance bookings: Tickets are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp (E-ticket) • Same-day / last-minute bookings: Tickets must be collected in person at the designated meeting point listed in your voucher • For e-ticket delivery, guests must contact us via email or WhatsApp using the details shown in the Activity Provider section of the voucher Entry & Ticket Validity: • Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected • Entry is strictly time-based; late arrivals will not be admitted • Once the entry time has passed, the ticket becomes invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced Name on Ticket (Mandatory): • All tickets are issued strictly in the visitor’s full name • The name on the ticket must exactly match the visitor’s valid photo ID • Tickets purchased under a different name (family, friend, or gift) cannot be used • Tickets with name mismatch are considered invalid and non-refundable Booking Responsibility: • Guests are fully responsible for entering correct personal details at checkout • Any errors in name or details will result in an invalid ticket • No corrections, changes, or refunds are possible once issued Delays & Peak Hours Policy: • During peak or rush hours, entry delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to Vatican security procedures • Such delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund Sistine Chapel Closures: • The Sistine Chapel may close without prior notice due to religious events or papal ceremonies • In such cases, access to the Vatican Museums remains valid • No refunds can be offered, in accordance with Vatican policy • Please ensure your contact details are correct and reachable Important Travel Notice: All Vatican Museums tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed, including in case of war (recent global conflicts) or any unforeseen emergency.
