Redemption Instructions

If you haven't provided a Fuessen Hotel address upon booking for tickets to be delivered to, please make sure to collect your tickets on the day booked for at least 2 hours before your scheduled time slot at European Castles Tours Offices located at Bahnhofstrasse 8 1/2 in Füssen, next to Füssen Train Station. Tickets need to be picked up 2 hours before chosen time slot on the day your ticket is for and between 8.45am and 9am for the first time slot from 10-11am.
