6. Is the outdoor observation deck open in all weather?
The 34th-floor outdoor observation deck may close due to weather conditions without notice. Refunds, exchanges, or discounts are not issued for weather-related closures. However, the 33rd-floor indoor observation deck remains open during bad weather.
7. How long does it take to go through Vue Orleans?
There’s plenty to explore at Vue Orleans! It will take approximately 1.5 hours to visit all the exhibits and observatories on site.
8. Can you bring food to Vue Orleans?
Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not allowed. The good news is you can grab a bite to eat at Vue Orleans Café on the 34th floor!
9. How tall is Vue Orleans?
Vue Orleans is one of the tallest buildings in the city. It is 34 stories tall, approximately 406 feet.
10. How long is the elevator ride?
The elevator ride to the top takes around 60 seconds.
11. Can I bring a bag to Vue Orleans?
Yes! Bags, backpacks, and the like are allowed into the building. Do make sure that they’re no more than 25” high, 17” wide, and 9” deep. Additionally, there are no lockers or storage facilities on site, so you will have to bring your belongings with you.
